To confirm your intention to exhibit at ABCD, simply complete and sign the exhibitor application form on every sheet and send it (original copy), together with your Chamber of Commerce Certificate or Chamber of Commerce Search Report, to Fiera di Genova:

Once a duly completed and signed exhibitor application form has been received together with payment of 35% of the total amount owed (including 20% VAT), which shall be paid by 17 September 2010, Fiera di Genova will send the exhibitor an Exhibitor Confirmation Letter, which will be followed by the relevant invoice.

From that moment onwards, the exhibitor will be entitled to access, via a user-specific password, the Reserved Area, where he/she will be able to view the Exhibitor Manual, containing all the technical and administrative provisions, as well as the service request forms.
